Eccomi, appena rientrato a casa da una delle mie uscite sul fiume.
Quella di oggi per molti sarebbe stata una pessima giornata, visto che di trote se ne son viste ben poche! Io invece, grazie anche alla passione per la fotografia, all’amore per il fiume e tutto il suo ecosistema, sono riuscito a trarre il massimo anche da questa esperienza…
Partiti con le prime luci dell’alba, arrivati sul posto di pesca dopo un’ora abbondante di curve e tornanti, ci accorgiamo che c’era il divieto di pesca a causa di una gara. Senza pensarci due volte ci dirigiamo subito altrove, decidendo di andare in cerca di qualche posto nuovo.
Scendiamo sul fiume e iniziamo a fare qualche lancio. Ambiente meraviglioso e, essendo un tratto molto torrentizio, cerchiamo di batterlo in caccia, ma delle trote nemmeno l’ombra. Ad un certo punto noto su un sasso un insetto dalle enormi dimensioni, mi avvicino ed eccola lì: una fantastica Dinocras!
Stupito dalle sue enormi dimensioni ( 5 cm ), prendo subito la macchinetta che porto sempre dietro e faccio qualche scatto, con molta accortezza per evitare di farla scappare.
Forse sarò particolare, ma aver potuto fotografare quell’insetto dall’aspetto preistorico era già valsa la pena affrontare viaggio!
Ci mettiamo di nuovo a pescare ma ancora nulla, nessun movimento delle trote che non vogliono saperne di uscire dalle loro tane, forse a causa dell’eccessivo caldo pur essendo alle prime ore del giorno. Decidiamo di tornare indietro per cambiare posto, ma, proprio sulla strada del ritorno, ci accorgiamo di una piccola rana appenninica ( Rana italica ) posata su di un sasso. Ovviamente non potevo perdere l’occasione, prendo la macchinetta e clic!

Lasciamo questo magnifico posto e andiamo a colpo sicuro verso uno spot che conosciamo bene.
Appena arrivati iniziamo subito a fare qualche lancio di prova, ma niente anche qui, le trote sono piantate sul fondo. Alla fine riesco a prenderne una molto piccola, ma che comunque scongiurerà il “cappotto”!
Ormai è quasi ora di pranzo e decidiamo di tornare verso la macchina. Lungo il sentiero c’è ancora il tempo per un ultimo incontro, sotto alcune sterpaglie scorgiamo la testa di una piccola natrice dal collare. Non perdo un secondo e sono subito pronto ad immortalarla.
Alla fine della giornata concludiamo come di consueto nel migliore dei modi… Davanti ad un bel piatto di ravioli fatti a mano!!!
A pancia piena abbiamo riflettuto con il mio compagno di avventure sulla giornata trascorsa e mi sono davvero reso conto di quanto alla fine, davanti a tutte le bellezze della natura, non ci si possa limitare alla semplice azione di pesca, ma occorre vivere il fiume nella sua interezza per apprezzarne pienamente le meraviglie.
